A winter holiday at the Alpenhof Jäger means: snowy and sunny winters, numerous perfectly groomed slopes and cross-country trails, and relaxation and pampering at the hotel with its wellness area and exclusive cuisine.
Another advantage of our location: modern ski lifts such as the Kesslerlift (where night skiing is also possible!), the Ideallift and the Kanzelwandbahn are all close by and take you quickly and comfortably to the popular ski slopes. The modern Ifen ski area is also just a few minutes’ drive away. The Walmendingerhorn/Ifen/Heuberg ski area offers visitors fun on around 67 kilometres of ski runs. In addition, 21 kilometres of runs are reserved for natural snow.

The Fellhorn-Kanzelwand ski resort, spanning two countries and covering 130 kilometres of slopes, is a delight for every skier and snowboarder. The wide range of options on offer ensures that every winter sports enthusiast gets their money’s worth. The Kleinwalsertal also has plenty to offer for a skiing holiday with the whole family, with many beginner-friendly slopes, child-friendly lesson programmes and family-friendly childcare and entertainment programmes.

Whether you’re a beginner or a cross-country pro, and whether you prefer classic or skating style, the trails in the Kleinwalsertal have something to suit every taste and every level of difficulty. There are several cross-country trails near our hotel in Riezlern (e.g. the Schwendeloipe, just a 1-minute bus ride away), which you can reach in just a few minutes, even without a car.
